All speakers are requested to upload their presentations in the Speakers' Ready Room at least 3 hours before the start of their session. LCD/Digital Projection will be used for all presentations. Please bring your final PowerPoint presentation with you to the meeting on a USB Flash Drive.
The presentation document slide size has to be prepared in 16:10 format.
If your presentation is early in the morning, you are strongly encouraged to load your presentation the day before in order to avoid the early morning rush. The Speakers' Ready Room will be marked clearly with signage at the congress venue.
If you prefer not to load your speech in the speaker ready room and wish to use your own computer, please bring your connection cable with you. Please also be aware the clock will start counting down as soon as you get on the podium so any difficulty connecting will seriously impact the time you have available to talk. Please adhere to this time limit for your presentation; it will be strictly enforced by the session chairs.
Please show respect to your fellow speakers, the chairs and the audience by keeping to the timings.
Oral Presentation Information:
Oral presentations will have 10 (ten) minutes for presentation, followed by 2 (two) minutes for discussion. Please adhere to this time limit while preparing your presentation; timing will be strictly enforced by the session moderators.
Thematic Panel presentations will have 60 minutes for presentation, including discussion. Please adhere to this time limit for your presentation; it will be strictly enforced by the session moderators.
Workshops will have 60 minutes for presentation, including discussion. Please adhere to this time limit for your presentation; it will be strictly enforced by the session moderators.

Poster Presentation Instructions:
The accepted posters will be presented as paper posters.
Posters should be prepared in portrait format of dimensions 1200mm x 900mm (A0 size)
All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be available at the posters' help desk in the respective poster area.
Presenting authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster.
Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters.
All posters must be written entirely in English.
Posters should be displayed on the assigned day.
Poster session will be held at designated times during the conference to allow participants to view research findings and interact with authors.
